Albanian-born Vorpsi is a prize-winning author who writes in Italian. Her works include Il paese dove non si muore mai (Einaudi, 2005), Vetri rosa (Nottetempo, 2006) and La mano che non mordi (Einaudi, 2007). She will be in conversation with Dr Emma Bond (University of Oxford), Dr Jenny Burns (Warwick University), and Dr M. Cristina Mauceri (Cassamarca Lecturer, University of Sydney; Honorary Research Fellow, University of Birmingham). |
