Technologies for Cultural Heritage: Leonardo and Beyond

Organized by the Italian Embassy in London and by Italian Studies at Oxford (ISO)

In collaboration with the History of Art Department at the University of Oxford and the Oxford e-Research Centre

The symposium will concentrate on three main areas:

1. TECHNOLOGIES: scientific examination of artefacts using cutting edge techniques.

2. PUBLIC ENGAGEMENT: visual analysis / computer vision / data storage in research and education.

3. EDUCATION: new technologies in professional education in heritage management.
